Every industry across the board is taking a hit from the coronavirus, but one of the biggest hit may be the freelance artist community, who depend on conventions and big events to promote their artwork and sell to the public. With conventions and galleries closed for the foreseeable future, /Film wanted to give a boost to struggling artists who were badly hit by coronavirus cancelations. storytime 3 art show

We’ve featured artist Joey Spiotto‘s work many times on the site over the past few years. You might recognize his little Golden Book parody covers or his fictional band Vinyl record cover art. We even featured him earlier in the week as his book Alien Next Door hit stores nationwide, and written about his Storytime shows at Gallery 1988.

Tonight, Joey returns to the Melrose Avenue art gallery with his third solo art show to coincide with the release of his new book, Storytime – a Little Art Book. Hit the jump to check out some previews of Storytime 3’s demented children’s books.
