Briefly: One of the best films I saw at this year’s Sundance Film Festival was a documentary about the almost too-unbelievable story of NBA point guard Jeremy Lin. Directed by Evan Jackson Leong, Linsanity tells Lin’s story from his childhood, all the way up through the month in 2012 when he became one of the most famous people on the planet.
Ketchup Entertainment picked the film up and will distribute it on October 4 in 10-15 cities, including Boston, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco. If you like unbelievable stories, or just great sports movies, Linsanity is a can’t miss. [Variety]
