Over the decades, Steven Spielberg has created his own personal brand. A brand of quality entertainment for all ages. And while he’s worked with almost every studio in Hollywood in almost every genre, one studio he’s never directed for is another big-time entertainment brand: Disney.
Well, Spielberg has just begun shooting the Roald Dahl adaptation The BFG and Disney has joined the project as a co-financer. That means, though he’s produced several films under the Disney banner, The BFG will be the first Steven Spielberg Disney movie.
