Ace Ventura: Pet Detective turned Jim Carrey into a huge star and kicked off a run of box office successes spread across a few years that included The Mask, Dumb & Dumber, Batman Forever, The Cable Guy, and Liar Liar. NECA Ace Venture: Pet Detective Action Figure

NECA is responsible for bringing us some of the coolest action figures from blockbuster genre films like Predator, Halloween, Alien, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Child’s Play, Godzilla, Gremlins, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and countless more. Ace Ventura: Pet Detective is the movie that turned Jim Carrey into a comedy superstar, and it sparked what would become what might be the most lucrative comedy career of the 1990s. Ace Ventura reboot

Morgan Creek Productions is no more. The company has been rebranded and is now officially called Morgan Creek Entertainment Group, and they’re digging into their library of films to “exploit across multiple platforms” titles like Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Young Guns, Major League, Pacific Heights, Diabolique, Clive Barker’s Nightbreed, and David Cronenberg’s Dead Ringers.
