Who Is The Villain In The Final Episode Of Star Wars: Tales Of The Jedi?

This story contains spoilers for "Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi."
At the end of “Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi,” a nasty, double-lightsaber-wielding villain destroys the farm where Ahsoka Tano was hiding and captures those who were harboring the fugitive Jedi. This character, voiced by the great Clancy Brown, is definitely a member of the Imperial Inquisitorius, but the clues to his actual identity are a little bit confusing.
In E.K. Johnston's 2016 novel "Ahsoka," the titular former Jedi has a similar encounter while hiding on a distant farming planet when an Inquisitor known as the Sixth Brother arrives. After defeating him, she takes the red kyber crystals from the remains and heals them sufficiently to create the white sabers she uses from that point forward.
The Sixth Brother, however, has a different design from what viewers see in "Tales of the Jedi," and there are enough differences between these two versions of the story to suggest that the villain in the Disney+ show could be a different Inquisitor. This character could be entirely new and these might not be the crystals she used to build her lightsabers.
