What Really Happened To The Xenomorph From Prometheus

Many have speculated as to the whereabouts of the one and only Xenomorph in “Prometheus,” the creepy-looking Deacon that pops up during the film’s very last scene.
As it turns out, there is actually a canonical explanation for what happens to that Xenomorph. It’s quite bonkers, but fits the Alien franchise.
An official tie-in comic book, "Aliens: Fire and Stone," picks up over 100 years after the events of "Prometheus," following new characters on that same godforsaken moon.
It’s hinted that the Deacon returned to the wreckage of the Prometheus, mutated due to the bizarre circumstances of its birth, and turned into a living, breathing mountain.
