What Happened To Zack Snyder's Army Of The Dead Universe On Netflix?

Zack Snyder's "Army of the Dead" universe on Netflix, initially envisioned as a sprawling franchise with sequels and spin-offs, has come to an abrupt and premature end.
The franchise launched in 2021 with "Army of the Dead," a zombie heist film, and had ambitious plans for further expansion. However, Netflix has decided to halt these plans.
The animated spin-off series "Lost Vegas," which was well into development, and additional films, including the proposed sequel "Planet of the Dead," have also been shelved.
The only remaining project from the franchise is a themed experience set to debut at Six Flags theme parks during the 2024 Halloween season.
