The Reason Why The Amazon Prime Comedy 'Truth Seekers' Was Canceled

Simon Pegg and Nick Frost reunited for the Amazon Prime Video paranormal comedy series "Truth Seekers." However, the show was canceled after just one season.
Frost broke the news on Instagram, saying, "We really put our all into this, our heart and soul and blood in some cases — so to not come back is really sad for us. It's a shame."
However, the reason for its cancellation wasn't clear. The show held a 74% critical approval rating and an 84% audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Additionally, the show likely cost little to produce. This suggests that "Truth Seekers" didn't have enough of an audience for the streamer to justify another season.
