The One Demand Jon Favreau Made Before Joining Marvel’s What If…?

Season 2 of Marvel’s "What If...?" is set to bring even more zany stories to the animated series, such as a team-up between sidekicks Happy Hogan and Darcy Lewis.
Jon Favreau and Kat Dennings are reprising their roles for the episode titled "What If... Happy Hogan Saved Christmas?" However, Favreau had one demand for his return.
Series creator A.C. Bradley explained, "He [Favreau] kind of jokingly made a deal. He's like, 'I'll do season 1, but season 2, I get to headline. And I want to be The Freak.'"
The Freak was a name given to Happy after he was turned into a Hulk-like monster by the Enervator in the Stan Lee-written 1965 Marvel comic issue "Tales of Suspense Vol. 1 #74."
The trailer for Season 2 teases the Happy-led episode paying homage to "Die Hard." However, it remains to be revealed if he will actually transform into The Freak.
