The Most Mind-Blowing Moments Of Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania, Ranked

10. Bill Murray
After getting sucked into the Quantum Realm, Hank and Hope encounter Lord Krylar, a one-time Freedom Fighter and ex-lover of Janet's who is played by Bill Murray. Murray is hilarious as usual, but he also reveals a devious side as it turns out he's now Team Kang and sold out his ex.
9. Hank's Ant Army
Early in the movie, Hank introduces Scott to a new colony of hyper-intelligent ants, a reveal that pays off when the ants are also sucked into the Quantum Realm. The colony got sucked into a different timeline of the Quantum Realm and evolved over thousands of years, during which time they built technology to locate Hank and rally an army.
8. Realm Traveling
When the heroes travel into the Quantum Realm and increasingly shrink to a sub-atomic level, it's a kaleidoscopic, dizzyingly gorgeous ride. We see Scott dodging giant ants and office supplies as we're whipped around a boom-tube tunnel in a fast, flashy, and chaotic scene.
7. MODOK Attacks
Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania features the first live-action appearance of the fan-favorite villain MODOK, Kang's most feared hunter. The mind-blowing issue, not necessarily a good one, is the bizarre creative choice to use a pseudo-photo-realistic version of Corey Stoll's face when his gold mask lifts.
6. Kang's History
About halfway through the movie, Janet reveals that she saw visions of Kang destroying countless civilizations and broke his ship to prevent this. This sequence is a bit of a "CliffsNotes" of Kang's past, but it quickly sets up why Kang is such a threat, as he is willing to wipe out entire timelines that threaten his reign.
