The Most Bizarre Action Movie Rip-Offs

Rampage
"Rampage" is a Turkish movie with a thin plot about Serdar, a musclebound commando tasked with hunting down a group of bandits living in the mountains of Turkey. The film is a cheap "Rambo" copy with poor acting, directing, writing, and editing, but its intensity and entertainment value make it enjoyable.
Süpermen Dönüyor
Although the plot of "Süpermen Dönüyor" mostly imitates the 1978 film "Superman," the low-budget special effects make it worth watching. It features humorous details, such as Christmas ornaments representing the "galaxy" that Tayfun (the Turkish version of Superman) hails from and his father’s lack of several front teeth.
Os Trapalhões
"Os Trapalhões na Guerra dos Planetas" (aka The Bunglers in the War of Planets) is a sci-fi film that pokes fun at "Star Wars – Episode IV: A New Hope." The film stars Brazilian comedy actors as bunglers, who embark on a series of gags that do nothing for the narrative, which makes for a weird, nonsensical viewing experience.
Lady Terminator
"Lady Terminator" is an Indonesian film that heavily copies from "Terminator" but still makes for a fun Friday night watch. Barbara Anne Constable's performance as the title character is commendable, as she portrays a ruthless demeanor that rivals that of Arnold Schwarzenegger in the original film.
Snakes on a Train
"Snakes on a Train" is a rip-off of "Snakes on a Plane" that occupies a strange place between being "so bad it's good" and "so bad it's bad." The characters are both over-the-top and totally bland, and the story is unoriginal but still full of surprises, to the point that it comes off as somehow unique.
