The Mandalorian Season 3 Just Gave Moff Gideon a Darth Vader Makeover

Moff Gideon has all the traits of a classic Star Wars villain, being cold, smart, and utterly ruthless. Now, “The Mandalorian” Season 3 also has him looking the part.
In recent episodes, Moff Gideon’s operatives managed to steal a lot of beskar, and Gideon used some of it to make himself new armor, including a black and red helmet with horns.
Gideon’s helmet could be mistaken for Darth Vader’s in certain lighting, and given how feared Vader was across the galaxy, it’s not surprising that Gideon would emulate his look.
While Vader’s mask and helmet served as life support and didn’t aid his fighting ability, Gideon’s new armor makes him a much more worthy enemy for The Mandalorian.
