The Mandalorian Season 3 Just Brought Back A Guest Star From The MCU

Spoiler Warning!
This story contains spoilers for Season 3, Episode 3 of “The Mandalorian.”
Season 3 of “The Mandalorian” has found its way after a shaky start. In Episode 3, titled “The Convert,” the show brought in actress Katy O'Brian, who played the Moff Gideon crew member Elia Kane in Season 2 of the show. O'Brian also played Jentorra in “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania,” one of the key freedom fighters in the Quantum Realm.
As for Elia Kane's return, the former Imperial had much more to do this time around, now as part of the New Republic's reformation programming for former members of the Empire. Kane actually is using Dr. Pershing for most of the episode and clearly has evil plans, leading fans to wonder if Kane is still serving Moff Gideon or someone else in the Empire.
O'Brian told Collider that the production of “The Mandalorian” is so secretive that its actors don’t even know their arcs. She said, “They have you read lines several different ways. Like, 'Okay, so this one maybe you're a dog at heart.' 'This one maybe you're evil, maybe you're good.' [...] and when you see the final product, you're like, 'Oh, okay. I guess that's my character now.'”
