The 12 Best Star Wars Easter Eggs In Andor Season 1
By ERIC PIERCE
Blue milk
Blue milk has fascinated fans since we first glimpsed it in Luke Skywalker's kitchen. It returns in “Andor” when aspiring fascist Syril Karn (Kyle Soller) returns to his childhood home and his mom makes him a bowl of nightmare fuel cereal, complete with blue milk.
a stuffed bantha
During episode 2, Maarva Andor (Fiona Shaw) wanders into Cassian's room (Diego Luna). It’s at this point we see some of the only evidence Cassian was ever a child — an adorable stuffed bantha toy is placed on the nightstand next to his bed, making for a bit of cute character building.
relics in Luthen's shop
Inside Luthen Rael's (Stellan Skarsgård) shop you're guaranteed to see an exciting relic. These include Jedi holocrons, an armor set from the video game "The Force Unleashed," lookalike Sankara Stones from "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom," a Gungan energy shield, one of Padme's elaborate headpieces, and Plo Koon's elongated breathing mask.
Kyber crystal
The mystical crystal that powers lightsabers known as a Kyber crystal makes an appearance. This occurs when a Kyber crystal necklace is given to Cassian by Luthen as a retainer in exchange for Cassian's help with the mission on Aldhani.
Name-dropped planets
In order to expand his universe, George Lucas would make throw-away references to planets. However, in the years since, some of those have been explored, and "Andor" mentions some key planets like “Scarif”, where Cassian is destined to die in "Rogue One," as well as Jakku and Hosnian Prime, from "The Force Awakens."
