She-Hulk Concept Art Reveals A Scrapped Daredevil Villain
By SHANIA RUSSELL
“She-Hulk: Attorney At Law” was a breath of fresh air for MCU viewers who’d grown accustomed to the action-packed nature of every other Marvel project thus far. Not only did Jennifer Walters put Deadpool to shame with her fourth-wall-breaking skills, but the series also put tons of C-list comic book characters in the spotlight.
“She-Hulk” concept artist Wesley Burt posted illustrations on his Instagram that featured a different C-lister who was initially intended to be part of the series. The Daredevil villain in question was Bushwacker, a once-peaceful priest who turned evil after his young parishioners died of drug-related causes.
The version of Bushwacker that Burt created had a robotic arm with a blaster on the end, which differs from the arm gun made of human flesh the character had in the comics. Details of Bushwacker’s potential backstory were left unanswered, but with a second “She-Hulk” season on the way, there’s still a chance he’ll make his on-screen debut in the future.
