Robert Downey Jr. Thinks This Is ‘The Best Marvel Movie Ever’

Robert Downey Jr. is one of the MCU’s biggest stars thanks to playing Tony Stark in the “Iron Man” and “Avengers” films, but he says the best Marvel movie is from another series.
In the book “MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios,” the various Avengers discussed their picks for the “Best Marvel Movie Ever.” Downey shared his choice: “Guardians of the Galaxy.”
He said, “‘Galaxy’ in some ways is the best Marvel movie ever. And it’s odd for someone with — on occasion — an ego the size of mine to actually say that.”
Despite being a team comprised mostly of unknown heroes, including a talking tree and raccoon, the “Guardians” franchise has become one of the most beloved in the MCU.
