Reacher Season 2 Differs From The Books In One Huge Way

Season 2 episode 6 of Amazon Prime’s “Reacher” takes a significant turn from the book, “Bad Luck and Trouble,” particularly in the narrative surrounding Detective Russo.
Detective Russo (Domenick Lombardozzi) heroically sacrifices himself in a shootout with Langton's men to save a young girl, defying fans' assumptions that he was a mole.
Russo seems to be a combination of Thomas Brant and Detective Mauney from “Bad Luck and Trouble.” Mauney is the one who ends up being the mole.
After Russo’s death, fans are left to wonder who the mole will end up being. The show has been hinting that Tony Swan (Shannon Kook) may end up being the villain.
