With a cast including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Carl Weathers, Bill Duke, and more, just being on the set of John McTiernan's sci-fi/action classic "Predator" was a workout-filled test of macho mettle. From daily five-mile runs to Schwarzenegger having his private gym transported to the film's set, perhaps it was inevitable at least one "Predator" star might take things too far.

Schwarzenegger became the unlucky "Predator" castmate who decided to test his physical limits when he shouldn't have. During filming, Schwarzenegger would push himself to keep his "Alpha dog" status amongst his co-stars; however, his pride backfired on him when he opted to take that aforementioned daily five-mile run, despite suffering from intestinal distress.

Schwarzenegger explained, "[W]hen you're in Mexico, you eat the wrong thing and inevitably the s*** hits the fan. I went on an early morning run, and all of a sudden, I started throwing up. So I tried to be ballsy, wiped my mouth, and continued running, but then all of a sudden it came out the other side [...] I tell you, I was in big, big trouble that day."

While the story is certainly embarrassing, you have to appreciate Schwarzenegger's dedication and complete candor. His commitment to projecting maximum manliness in his 1980's heyday is what makes films like "Conan the Barbarian," "Commando," "Red Heat" and "Predator" such enduring, endearing classics.
