"Only Murders in the Building" Season 2.
The first season of “Only Murders in the Building” was one of the biggest surprises of 2021, bringing the powerhouse comedic duo of Steve Martin and Martin Short together with Selena Gomez in a delightful whodunit. Season 2 continued to build upon that foundation, adding more memorable guest stars into the mix, and the show was quickly renewed for a third season.
In the Season 2 finale, “I Know Who Did It,” the show unveiled the first big new casting addition for Season 3 — Paul Rudd. The actor makes a surprise cameo as Broadway star Ben Glenroy, but it’s unclear whether Rudd will become a series regular, a recurring cast member, or one of many guest stars featured in the new season.
“Paul Rudd, after making an auspicious entrance into the world of our show at the end of Season 2 as Ben Glenroy, is someone we clearly want to know more about and see in our upcoming Season 3,” teased co-creator John Huffman. “Only Murders in the Building” Seasons 1 and 2 are now streaming on Hulu, but a release date for Season 3 has yet to be announced.
