One It’s Always Sunny Episode Had Charlie Day Concerned For The Cameraman

In the “It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia” episode “Charlie Work,” Charlie Kelly (Charlie Day) puts the chaotic Paddy’s Pub in order before a health inspector arrives.
What’s so special about the episode is that it is one continuous take. In a 2015 interview with Collider, Day explained what the filming process was like.
Day was most concerned about the cameraman, Adam Sklena. Day recalled to Yahoo news, “[...] he was going to have to do this whole thing walking backwards.”
Sklena followed Day while doing all the same movements backward and holding a camera. Day said Sklena did it without “special dolly tracks or a pre-programmed rig.”
The episode’s director, Matt Shakman, said in a 2015 podcast interview that the camera operator helped Sklena remember every movement while filming.
