Kelly Reilly Faced Down An Actual Pack Of Wolves For Yellowstone

During Season 1 Episode 2 of “Yellowstone,” called “Kill the Messenger,” Beth Dutton has an intense moment where she runs at a pack of wolves during her date with Rip Wheeler.
What made the moment even scarier, especially for actress Kelly Reilly, is that the wolves were actually real.
According to Yahoo! Life, the production crew on “Yellowstone” didn’t tell Reilly to imagine some wolves and then put them in during post-production. Instead, they used real ones.
When Reily found out, she asked the crew if it was a good idea to be “running at wolves while yelling.”
Reilly explained, “The crew said, don’t worry. We’ve got these invisible pieces of cord so if they do run at you, that will trip them.” Luckily, there were no incidents with the wolves.
