How Wolverine Could Be Resurrected For Deadpool 3

By RAFAEL MOTAMAYOR
It’s strange that Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) is poised to appear in “Deadpool 3” when the character died in the 2017 film “Logan.” Not only is he alive, but he plays a big part.
While Jackman arguably is the main appeal of “D3,” fans may wonder how Wolverine will rise from the dead. The most obvious answer is that “D3” takes place before events in “Logan.”
In an interview with Sirius XM, Jackman said the Marvel films are used to “moving around timelines” so they can leave “Logan” alone, and Wolverine can be alive.
Jackman told a French outlet that his would “be a dual role,” which could indicate multiple variants of Wolverine. Yet another possibility is that Jackman will be playing himself.
That could be the case if Deadpool wanders onto a movie set and forces Jackman to team up with him, because a fake Wolverine is better than no Wolverine.
It may be a ludicrous idea, but a set photo has already been released showing Jackman and the ruins of a giant 20th Century Fox logo. Audiences will find out on November 8, 2024.
