Frasier Crane's Elliot Bay Towers apartment in "Frasier" cost the show about half a million dollars to build, but you'd have to pay much more to actually buy the apartment.
Christie's International Real Estate Seattle's executive vice president Scott Wasner said that the apartment itself would cost about $1 million in 1993, the year "Frasier" debuted.
Wasner added that it would cost about $5 million today. In a 2018 Curbed article, most Seattle real estate brokers also estimated that it would cost $3.5-$3.99 million as of 2018.
Plus, Metal Floss estimated that the total cost of the decor in the apartment would roughly be around $500,000, which would take the apartment's total cost in 1993 to $1.5 million.
