How Mission: Impossible 7 Honored The Legendary Leonard Nimoy

Pom Klementieff plays Paris in the film “Dead Reckoning Part One,” a character who is a nod to Leonard Nimoy's The Great Paris in the “Mission: Impossible” TV series.
In the show, Nimoy played an IMF agent, with a past as a professional magician, who donned colorful shirts and bright neckties and was a master of disguises during missions.
“Dead Reckoning” invests depth in its tribute to Nimoy by embracing a rebellious, punk aura to Klementieff's appearance, with billowy trench coats, kilts, and face paint.
While Nimoy's Paris does not share a moral code with Klementieff’s Paris, her eccentric style is definitely an homage to The Great Paris’ eye-catching wardrobe.
Klementieff commented on Paris’ distinct look, saying that the character is a “bit more punk and ... doesn't really give a f***,” which adds to her appeal as a deadly assassin.
