How Bones Salvaged The Set Of A Canceled Kelsey Grammer Sitcom

Although Kelsey Grammer's often-forgotten show "Back to You" was short-lived, its set found new life when "Bones" re-used it for the Season 4 episode "Man in the Outhouse."
As revealed by Entertainment Weekly, the TV set seen in "Busted by Bill" was the same TV studio set that Grammer and Patricia Heaton used for "Back to You."
The show's single-season run ended in early 2008. Since both shows were Fox productions, the network re-used the set built for "Back to You."
Unfortunately for "Back to You," the show had come out during the 2007 writer's strike, which disrupted production. Fox canceled the show due to its low viewing numbers.
