His name is likely a reference to Billy the Kid. He represents the Aries sign and has "negative" traits of an Aries, such as stubbornness, recklessness, and youthful immaturity.
The Torso is Jimmy "The Gambler" Gambino who was cut into pieces for failing to pay a gambling debt. He’s a non-violent ghost, likely because he’s only a torso.
Jimmy is the Black Zodiac version of a Taurus, explaining his desire for material things, greed, laziness, and rage. When his ghost appears, the screams of his severed head sound.
