Every Fight Scene In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Ranked

Spoiler Warning!
This story contains spoilers for "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever."
7. Nakia vs. Guards
When Nakia (Lupita Nyong'o) tracks down Shuri (Letitia Wright) after being abducted by the Talokanians, she fights off the two women guarding her. This low ranking is more an indictment of her opposition in this scene than of Nakia herself, as the "guards" don't put up much of a fight, making them less like soldiers and more like ladies-in-waiting.
6. Wakanda vs. Talokan
Determined to get even after Namor kills Queen Ramonda, Shuri puts all her best warriors on an enormous ship and drives it out into the middle of the ocean. While this fight is colorful and briefly exciting, it’s mostly forgettable, as it is an overly long fight that feels like a watered-down version of far better ones we've gotten in films like "Infinity War" and the first "Black Panther."
5. The Dora Milaje
The film's first fight scene belongs to the Dora Milaje, who are basically the greatest thing ever, being a cross between a biker gang and ninja ballerinas. When the French military operatives crash a Wakandan outreach facility to steal vibranium, the Dora Milaje emerge from the shadows of the vault and completely wreck and humiliate the French soldiers in seconds.
4. Wakanda invaded
When the Talokanians arrive, they deploy their siren song—an efficient but underwhelming tactic—to lure the Wakandans into the water. When M'Baku (Winston Duke) jumps at Namor from behind, Namor's punch sends him flying 50 feet in the opposite direction, leaving us less impressed with Talokan than we are disappointed with Wakanda.
3. Shuri vs. Namor
After Shuri learns Namor gets his strength from the water and devises a trap, she weakens him, and places a blade on his throat, and is one twitch away from taking his head off, but realizes this isn't who she wants to be and relents. As a result, she wins both the inner and outward battles and emerges from the fight as a true superhero.
