As Wanda Maximoff transformed into the Scarlet Witch, her grief over the loss of Vision, Billy, and Tommy was even incorporated into her costume. In a video for Marvel’s YouTube channel, Director of Visual Development Andy Park discussed how certain details of the Scarlet Witch’s costume reflected what the character had gone through since "Avengers: Infinity War."
At the end of “WandaVision,” the Scarlet Witch’s new costume had a hexagonal shape around her collarbone as a reference to Vision’s Mind Stone. In addition, the lines on her chest formed a W for “Wanda” and a V for “Vision,” and there were Vs all throughout her tights and costume in remembrance of her lost love.
Continuing on to “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” the Scarlet Witch’s costume had sleeves added to it and reflected her attitude change since giving into the dark magic of Darkhold. Park stated, “The texture [...of] the bodice area of the ‘WandaVision’ suit looks like there's a crack. It almost looks like a broken heart [on] a dark, corrupted version of that hero outfit.”
