Cast Camaraderie Made The Menu's Set A 'Beautiful' Place For Anya Taylor-Joy
By MATTHEW BILODEAU
A large reason "The Menu" is a blast to watch is its ensemble cast, like Nicholas Hoult, Anya Taylor-Joy, John Leguizamo, and Judith Light. In the film, these characters are in their little bubbles, but these actors all have a great connection with one another.
Even when the cameras weren't rolling, the cast would opt to hang around the set rather than go back to their trailers. The energy was so good that they were all excited to see one another doing their thing when the camera came around to them.
Taylor-Joy said, "We just had front-row seats to brilliant performances from wonderful people." The actress went on to say, "It was a very supportive environment — we would clap after takes, and the WhatsApp group is highly alive and well."
