Bob Odenkirk's The Room Remake Had An Incredibly Short Production Schedule
By ANDREW HOUSMAN
Bob Odenkirk's remake of Tommy Wiseau's cult classic "The Room" had an incredibly short production schedule, with the entire project completed in just one day of shooting.
This ambitious endeavor was made possible by the absence of location changes and the creative use of green screens to replicate scenes from the original film.
Despite the rapid filming process, the production was approached with utmost seriousness, with Odenkirk committed to delivering an "honest and organic to the scene" performance.
The volunteer organization Acting for a Cause staged and produced this remake of the 2003 film as a charity initiative for amFAR, the Foundation for AIDS Research.
