Bender’s Apartment Number In Futurama Is Hiding A Secret Message

In season 1, episode three of "Futurama," Bender is shown living in an apartment with the number 00100100 on the door. The numbers are a code for one of Bender's personality traits.
In the American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII), 00100100 is the $ sign. Bender’s love of money and material wealth would become a theme throughout the series.
Even in the first season, it appears that the showrunners added Easter eggs and clues to more significant events and themes that would eventually show up again in the series.
