Ana De Armas Knows Blonde Sex Scenes Are 'Going To Go Viral' For All The Wrong Reasons

"Blonde" is a somewhat fictionalized account of the life of Marilyn Monroe, and to tell that story as honestly as possible, avoiding Monroe's naked body would feel disingenuous. Ana de Armas, who plays Monroe in the film, is painfully aware of how nude images from the film will be used out of context.
Unfortunately, we live in the age of the internet, so it's inevitable that some of de Armas’ most intimate moments will be plucked out of the film to be shared on social media platforms, free from the scenes' intentions. De Armas recently explained her concerns regarding this issue stating, "I know what's going to go viral, and it's disgusting.”
She added, “It's upsetting just to think about it. I can't control it; you can't really control what they do and how they take things out of context. I don't think it gave me second thoughts; it just gave me a bad taste to think about the future of those clips."
