A Blast From The Past: Who Is Amanda's Cousin In Cobra Kai?

"Cobra Kai" Season 5.
Daniel's obsession with Cobra Kai and the evil Terry Silver has caused friction between him and his wife, Amanda. In Season 5, Episode 5, “Extreme Measures,” when Amanda leaves town with the kids and meets up with her cousin Jessica Andrews, we get another great homecoming from the "Karate Kid" universe.
Portrayed again by Robyn Lively, Jessica is the same character that debuted in “The Karate Kid Part III.” In the film, Jessica worked at the pottery shop across the street from Mr. Miyagi’s bonsai store, became friends with Daniel during his conflict with Silver, and helped him recover a special bonsai tree Mr. Miyagi planted on the side of a canyon.
She also becomes the target of Silver’s goons, who assaulted her and Daniel after they climbed to retrieve the bonsai tree. While the viewers learn in “Cobra Kai” that Jessica introduced her cousin Amanda to Daniel, Lively revealed that Jessica wasn’t Daniel’s romantic interest in the movie because she was 16 when the film was shot, while Ralph Macchio was 27.
