The Watchmen viral website The New Frontiersman has posted a new retro Government Public Service Announcement from 1977 titled "The Keene Act & You". The video explains the new government act to make the streets safer by removing costume vigilantest: No Masks, No Capes, No Gadgets or Experimental Weapons, No Dangerous Unlicensed Vehicles.
