Up until now, the X-Men: Days of Future Past version of Quicksilver has been relegated to still images. Even without knowing how he’d look in motion, fans have had plenty to say about the punk metallic look of the character. Now, his movements have been revealed thanks to commercial for fast food burger chain Carl’s Jr. It shows Quicksilver in action, which seems like very odd place to reveal the movement of a character whose design has generated such polarized responses. Check out the Quicksilver Carls Jr commercial below. Read More »
Thursday, two new X-Men Days of Future Past posters were revealed. They were not very good. Today, nine more have hit the web. Nine. Unlike those two, these don’t appear to be theatrical. Instead these look like the $8 poster you’d purchase at Wal-Mart or Spencer’s Gifts and, surprise surprise, that actually makes them kind of cool. (Some of them at least.) Others are the same simple composition that plagued these two. Still, you’ll get some new glimpses at Ian Mckellen, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Halle Berry, James McAvoy, Hugh Jackman, Jennifer Lawrence and others. Check out nine new X-Men Days of Future Past posters below.

I’m not sure what it is about X-Men and movie posters, but apparently it’s really hard to make a good one. Remember these teaser posters for X-Men: First Class? They were terrible. And while the first posters for X-Men: Days of Future Past were actually pretty inspired, two new character posters featuring Michael Fassbender, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence and Hugh Jackman definitely take a step back. Check out the new X-Men Days of Future Past posters out below. Read More »
Six new X-Men Days of Future Past videos prove that old Pringles slogan: “Once you pop, you can’t stop.” What does the highly anticipated Marvel mutant sequel have to do with the potato chip? Nothing really, but Pringles has teamed up with Fox to promote Bryan Singer‘s film with six behind the scenes videos covering three tours of various sets, a video on the massive cast, a clip talking about the plot, and one on Singer returning to the franchise he kicked off in 2000. Once you watch one, I dare you to stop. They’re packed with new interviews, lots of new behind the scenes footage and even new footage we haven’t seen in trailers. Check out all the videos below. The mutants are stopping by your TV on their way to the theater. Fox has released the first X-Men: Days of Future Past TV spot, with all the action, excitement, and grave-yet-vague voiceover narration you can cram into 30 seconds.
The Bryan Singer-directed sequel weaves together the First Class and original trilogy casts, as the older versions of the X-Men find themselves in danger. In an effort to save themselves, they send one of their own back in time to join forces with the younger X-Men and alter the future. Watch the video after the jump.

It’s been quite a while since we got the last full-length trailer for Bryan Singer‘s X-Men: Days of Future Past, but this new one is well worth the wait. It’s every bit as exciting and emotional as the last one was, with tons of new footage.
Plus, of course, it includes all your favorite mutants: Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), and two versions each of Professor X (James McAvoy and Patrick Stewart) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender and Ian McKellen). Not to mention new mutants Blink (Fan Bingbing), Bishop (Omar Sy), Quicksilver (Evan Peters), and so many more.
