‘Delivery Man’ Teaser: Vince Vaughn Has 500 Kids

Delivery Man

Vince Vaughn‘s bro-ish onscreen persona doesn’t make him seem like he’d be a good father to one kid, let alone a few hundred. But that’s precisely the predicament he finds himself in in Delivery Man, Ken Scott’s English-language remake of his own 2011 Canadian comedy Starbuck.

David Wozniak (Vaughn) is an aimless 40something who discovers that, thanks to a mix-up at a fertility clinic two decades ago, he has 533 children running around. Now 142 of those kids are suing to learn the identity of their shared dad. Luckily for Vaughn, he has some crack legal assistance in the form of Burt Macklin Star-Lord Chris Pratt. Cobie Smulders (How I Met Your Mother) also stars. Hit the jump to see the first teaser.

‘The Internship’ Trailer #2: Google Crashers

The Internship

Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn are old pros when it comes to crashing weddings, but weaseling their way into the youthful, tech-oriented culture at Google proves a different matter in The Internship.

The Shawn Levy-directed comedy stars the duo as slick salesmen who learn their jobs have become obsolete in the Internet age. In an attempt to bounce back, they land internships at Google, but find themselves totally out of their element as they compete against younger, brainier, more computer-savvy types. The second trailer has just landed, and you can see it after the jump.

Anchorman

Anchorman: The Legend Continues has an¬†extensive lineup of celebrity cameos that ranges from the fairly obvious (John C. Reilly) to the nearly out of left field (Harrison Ford). But it’s not done adding people yet.

A new report indicates that a very high-profile A-lister has agreed to lend her talents to the film. Her role hasn’t been revealed at this time, but let’s hope she has a less strange experience than Ford did with, as he puts it, “What’s-His-Name and the applesauce girl.” After the jump, find out who the latest Anchorman cast member is and read more of Ford’s comments about the shoot.

Buddy comedies live and die by the chemistry between their leads. If nothing else, then, at least Shawn Levy‘s The Internship has a strong central pairing going for it. In their first team-up since Wedding Crashers, Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson play two middle-aged salesmen who learn their jobs have become obsolete in the digital age.

The guys attempt to revitalize their careers with a coveted internship at Google, only to find themselves competing for work against tech-savvy 20somethings who have no patience for their outdated approach. Basically, it’s the classic fish-out-of-water setup, only it takes place in Google’s shiny offices. Watch the first trailer after the jump.

When we last saw Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson together on the big screen, they were schooling us in the finer points of picking up women at weddings. Now, eight years later, they’re trying to learn a thing or two about landing a job in this tech-forward culture.

The Collinses came back this summer in the form Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows. The Munsters are gearing up for a small-screen return with Bryan Fuller’s Mockingbird Lane at NBC. But it’s not just monstrous retro families that are making a comeback. The Brady Bunch is now poised for a revival at CBS, with Vince Vaughn on board as co-developer and executive producer.

That the network is eager to reintroduce an old hit isn’t surprising, and you’d be forgiven if your knee-jerk reaction was to roll your eyes and pound your fists. However, this do-over actually sounds more promising than most: Mike Mariano, writer and producer of Raising Hope and My Name is Earl, is on board to write the script. More details after the jump.

With just two days til its July 27 premiere, The Watch director Akiva Schaffer has pushed out one last red-band trailer. Or maybe it’s a blooper reel. However you want to categorize it, it may actually be one of the funnier bits of marketing that have come out for the movie.

Ben Stiller, Jonah Hill, Vince Vaughn, and Richard Ayoade star as a quartet of suburban guys whose neighborhood watch group is mostly just an excuse for them to get out of the house and engage in some quality male bonding. (That’s the case for three of the guys, at least.)

When they discover that aliens are secretly taking over their town, however, it falls upon this bumbling group to save the day. Watch the (NSFW for language) video after the jump.

‘The Watch’ International Trailer – Meet the Guys

Even as the more dramatic side of his career takes off, Jonah Hill hasn’t abandoned his comedy roots. In fact, it’s looking like he could be biggest comedy star of the year, with the fantastic 21 Jump Street behind him and the promising The Watch ahead of him.¬†Directed by Akiva Schaffer, The Watch centers around a group of suburban watchdogs (played by Hill, Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, and Richard Ayoade) who inadvertently stumble across plans for an alien attack.

Where the earlier trailers have focused mostly on the sci-fi angle of the plotline, the newest international promo explores the characters a bit more, explaining who they are exactly and what brought them together in the first place. The result is the funniest trailer we’ve seen yet for this film, with tons of new footage including better looks at Ayoade and co-star Will Forte. Watch it after the jump.
