Rupert Grint in Snatch TV Show

Back in April, it was announced Crackle was developing a 10-episode television adaptation of Guy Ritchie‘s Snatch. The actor to lead the crime series is Rupert Grint, who’s most famously known for having played in Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter franchise. Grint is also executive producing Snatch, which will co-star Dougray Scott (Taken 3) and Ed Westwick (Gossip Girl).

‘Snatch’ TV Show Ordered By Crackle

Crackle is adapting writer-director Guy Ritchie‘s crime comedy, Snatch, for the small screen. The streaming service, hoping to follow in the footsteps of FX’s Fargo, has greenlighted season one of Snatch. Crackle intends on capturing “the spirit of the original film,” while “creating a new world born from the original movie.”

Ben Affleck’s Eleven Favorite Heist Movies

With Oscar nominations less than two weeks away, one of the films that’s slowly been gaining momentum is Ben Affleck‘s fall hit The Town. The Boston-set heist movie was a hit with audiences and critics alike and, due to the fact that it’s been on DVD for a few weeks, it’s getting more buzz as a possible Best Picture nominee and for its supporting performances, most notably that of last year’s Best Actor nominee Jeremy Renner.
