With just one month left before the Harry Potter film series ends for good, it feels like we’re getting a some new bit of promotional material practically every day. At this point, I’ve lost count of just how many posters we’ve already seen for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. But as long as they look this fantastic, I’m not complaining. In the days since we last showed you the last batch of posters, featuring the heroes and villains looking dirty and bloodied, a handful of new posters have been released. Hit the jump to see the forces of good, an army of evil, and a huge-ass dragon.

Some people are hoping that the JJ Abrams-produced series Alcatraz (watch the trailer here) might be the new Lost. Others believe that NBC’s new series Awake has the potential to fill the character-based sci-fi series void.
In NBC’s Awake, Jason Isaacs stars as a cop who finds his life split between two separate realities after a fatal car accident. At first, the idea seems a bit more drama based than you might expect, but as the 4-minute trailer rolls on, you get a sense that the two realities will later connect in some pretty cool ways. Awake will likely premiere midseason. Watch the trailer embedded after the jump. Please leave your thoughts in the comments below.

There are new photos floating around today from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, which concludes the epic Harry Potter series when it opens on July 15. Cool Posts From Around the Web:
Cars 2, which opens on June 24, seems to be everywhere lately. Disney and Pixar have been nearing a saturation point with the release of new characters, images, TV spots and trailers.
Just this week we had a new full-length trailer that focused on the espionage aspects of the film’s plot, and now we have an extended international cut of that trailer. It isn’t hugely different, and won’t change your mind if you’re one of those without much interest in this particular Pixar film. But for those who are ready to go back to this particular world it might be a good extra tease. In addition to that different trailer cut, we’ve got four retro-styled Grand Prix posters and a handful of high-res images, after the break. Read More »
