James Franco‘s Hollywood dramedy Zeroville is putting together quite an impressive Hollywood cast. Franco himself is set to star as well as direct, and now we have word he’ll be joined by — take a deep breath — Seth Rogen, Will Ferrell, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Dave Franco, Jacki Weaver, Horatio Sanz, Joey King, and Megan Fox.

Based on the 2007 novel by Steve Erickson, Zeroville centers on an alienated movie lover who makes his way to Los Angeles in the late ’60s. Hit the jump for Zeroville cast details including character info.

At Comic-Con, we learned that geek favorite Alan Tudyk would lend his voice to the video game-inspired animated adventure Wreck-It Ralph, but it turns out he’s not the only late-breaking addition to the cast. Walt Disney Studios sent out a press release today revealing several other stars that had just boarded the project, including Ed O’Neill, Mindy Kaling, Adam Carolla, Horatio Sanz, Dennis Haysbert, and many more. You may think you’ve never heard of Matt Walsh, but odds are, you’ve seen his work before. Walsh is probably best known as one of the founders of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and he’s also appeared in supporting roles in tons of films (Elf, Bad Santa, Role Models, Mystery Team, Cyrus, every comedy Todd Phillips has ever done) and television shows (Childrens Hospital, Outsourced, Party Down, Human Giant, Reno 911!, The Daily Show). In short, while he’s not quite as famous as some of his colleagues, it’s safe to say he has a pretty solid comedy resume. Now Walsh is taking on a slightly different kind of role: director. His first feature is High Road, a stoner comedy featuring a bevy of well-known comedians. Watch the red band trailer after the jump.
