We hate spoilers. And so does actress Jennifer Lawrence. While doing an interview on the red carpet of the SAG Awards, one of the interviewers decided to spoil the ending of season three of Showtime’s television series Homeland even though Lawrence had just told the “reporter” that she had only seen the first two seasons. Watch the video after the jump to see Jennifer Lawrence try to channel her anger into comedy. I’m not sure I could keep it that calm.
Sesame Street has never been afraid to reference and parody movies and television shows that might be out of the radar of their core audience. The most recent example is their parody of the Showtime series Homeland.
The Big Bad Wolf is on the lamb. Special Sheep Agent, Nicholas Ba-a-a-a-rody is the agency’s only hope for bringing the Big Bad Wolf to justice. But is he a wolf in sheep’s clothing? Or just a sheep in wolf’s clothing in sheep’s clothing?

We’re only a few episodes into the new season of Homeland and the first season of Masters of Sex, but you can be sure there’ll be more where that came from. Showtime has renewed both series for another season each, to air in 2014. More details after the jump.

Season 3 of Homeland has been all about Brody, in the sense that nearly everything that’s happened so far is a reaction to his alleged actions from Season 2. But the man himself has been curiously MIA so far, so we can only speculate about what he’s been up to this whole time.
Happily, it seems we’re about to find out. The show is teaming with Audible.com to release a half-hour audio episode narrated by Brody (Damian Lewis), setting up a story that’ll fit into the early episodes of Season 3. Hit the jump for more details on this collaboration.

Season 2 of Homeland literally went out with a bang, and Season 3 apparently sees the characters reeling from the consequences. Before we get into the government investigations and fugitive runs, though, Showtime is offering an opportunity to process the shocking events that ended last season.
Homeland Aftermath meticulously examines the you-know-what as a real news organization might, with interactive graphics, timelines, eyewitness accounts, and even a nine-minute mini-documentary. It proves a pretty clever way to recap Season 2 while setting up Season 3, but if you prefer a more traditional TV promo, there’s also a new U.K. trailer. Check it all out after the jump.

Loyalty has always been a major theme on Homeland. The entire premise of Season 1 was Carrie (Claire Danes) and Saul (Mandy Patinkin) trying to suss out just whom Brody (Damian Lewis) was working for. Things got more complicated still for Brody in Season 2, what with all the double- and triple-crossing. Now, in Season 3, it may be Carrie’s turn to pick a side once and for all.
Showtime has revealed another teaser and a new set of posters from the next season of Homeland. The new tagline, “Pledge Allegiance,” suggests that our main characters will have to take a stand — and, judging by the somber expressions on their faces, that it won’t be easy for any of them. Hit the jump to check them out. (Spoilers for Season 2 ahead.)

After the first season of Homeland, many viewers felt the writers could not make the show more intense or surprising. They were proved wrong with season two, which ended with an event and aftermath so outrageous and massive, it set the bar even higher for season three. That third season starts September 29 and could have been quite different if the writers had their way. Below, read the spoiler-filled alternate ending for the second season of Homeland. Read More »
