Over the past two years, The Simpsons really seemed to have upped their game when it comes to delivering unique and bold iterations of their ongoing couch gag in the opening credits. Last year’s couch gags included a tribute to Rick and Morty and an opening from Ren & Stimpy creator John Kricfalusi. Plus, back in 2014, The Simpsons took a cue from Disney’s animated hit Frozen. Now their latest couch gag reaches back into the history of Disney, thanks to animator Eric Goldberg, the man responsible for bringing Genie to life in Aladdin and much more.

D23 Expo 2015 kicks off on Friday in Anaheim, California, and pop culture screen print collectors should take note as the convention will see a ton of new officially licensed screen print releases from top artists like Mark Englert, JC Richard, Dave Perillo, Joe Dunn and more.
