The Sly Cooper series of games, developed by Sucker Punch as PlayStation exclusives, has always been one of Sony’s more film-friendly IPs. The games feature an animated visual style and revolve around a trio of friends led by the “gentleman thief” Sly Cooper, himself the latest in a line of master criminals. Now, like Sony’s Ratchet and Clank game series, Sly Cooper is the subject of an animated film by Rainmaker Entertainment and Blockade Entertainment. Like the Ratchet film, there are some design tweaks, but in general a sense of faithfulness to the games. Kevin Munroe (TMNT) directs.
