LOL: Star Trek Props Are Retail Barcode Scanners

Many people have made fun of the new Star Trek enterprise bridge, saying it looks like the inside of an Apple Store. /Film reader Kjell points out that some of the “joysticks” on the desk at the front of the bridge are actual Symbol m2004-I215 barcode scanners, the same model used in various retail stories, including Staples.
