'Easy' Trailer: Joe Swanberg Comes To Netflix With A Star-Studded Cast

As if you don't have enough fall TV to catch up on already, Netflix is throwing another new series our way next week. Easy is an eight-episode anthology series created by Joe Swanberg, following several adults as they try to navigate love and sex in modern-day Chicago. The characters include long-term couples trying to spice up their relationships, singles looking for a connection, and everything in between.

The extensive cast includes Malin Akerman, Jane Adams, Andrew Bachelor, Orlando Bloom, Hannibal Buress, Aya Cash, Michael Chernus, Dave Franco, Jake Johnson, Marc Maron, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Kate Micucci, Emily Ratajkowski, Elizabeth Reaser, and many many more. Watch the Easy trailer below.

It's tough to get a sense of how exactly all these storylines will play out, especially since there are so many of them. But Swanberg's built his career on low-key, naturalistic dramedies like Happy Christmas and Drinking Buddies, and it looks like we can expect more of the same from Easy. The cast even features some returning stars from his other work, including Johnson, Bloom, and Adams, who all appeared in his last film Digging for Fire.

Easy arrives September 22.
