Author Archive: Peter Sciretta

Peter and Feast director John Gulager at Sundance 2006Peter Sciretta wrote and directed a feature film you will never see, and now he bitterly bashes movies on the internet. A film geek and popcultured fanboy, Peter lives in San Francisco, where he sees 7 new movies a week on average.

His favorite films include Back to the Future, Magnolia, Go, Almost Famous, Spider-Man 2, Clerks, and Fight Club. He loves well made popcorn movies and smart indie flicks but hates pretentious oscar bait period films based on best selling novels, no matter how well acted and crafted they may be.
