  • Anyone know if this series is worth it? I'm a huge fan of Band of Brothers etc. but never really got into Deadwood or Sopranos so I'm kind of undecided on Rome. Considering there's only 13 or so reviews on Amazon, I don't feel I can make a valid judgment on picking this up or not.

    Definantly pick this up. Especially for that price. It's ironic that this has popped up as I am currently 10 episodes into rewatching Season 1 today. It's a great series definantly on par with Band of Brothers. And if you like Band of Brothers, and wind up liking ROME, may I also suggest John Adams.
