Yes! I've been waiting to buy Zac and Miri. And it's the 2-disc. Excellent.

is the watchmen nite owl blu ray price correct? its past 10am and it's still 74.99 on amazon. . .thanks
  • All the deals are on west coast time so the price will drop at 1pm for you.
  • These DVD deals suck. Maybe if some were the 2-disc editions...
  • I look forward to Blu-ray becoming cheap by default. I still have a gut feeling that it will not survive; that the majority will cling to their DVD collection and a newer, completely different format (not a disc) will take the cake before Blu-ray can settle in.

if that new format's digital distribution, i'll hold on to my blu-ray discs till the day i die.

i feel the sameway. I really don't know what to do at this point. Some movies like Star Trek are the types of movies that I would like to buy on Blu-Ray.

At the sametime, I don't want half ass transfers of older movies either.
  • That's why you read reviews. Check out HighDefDigest and the Blu-ray website.

Here's a player from Best buy
    http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Insignia%26%23174%3...

    DEAL ends today.

I found it to be somewhat better than the player you guys suggested and it's only $129.99

This includes Netflix, BD-Live, and WIFI. That means no wires to connect to the internet people.

I am not a sales person or someone going against /Film but a person who found a great deal and just wanted to share.

Pity they can't ship that player to Australia. That would be a great bargain
