Dare Movie Trailer

Adam Salky’s feature directorial debut Dare premiered at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival. The movie is based on Salky’s 2005 short film which was met with acclaim at film festivals. The feature length version stars Emmy Rossum in a story about what happens when “a pompous actor tells good girl Alexa (Rossum) that she hasn’t lived, she embarks on a bold journey that takes her to mysterious bad boy Johnny (Zach Gilford). Envious, her shy best friend Ben (Ashley Springer) also dares to pursue Johnny, complicating Alexa’s romance and pushing the boundaries among the three friends.” Watch the trailer embedded after the jump.

Dare hits theaters on November 13th 2009.

I like not ordinary movies like these. not that i am gay or enything but. CAN SOME ONE EXPALIN THE ENDING? as i see it, when he was talking to his friend at school who droped him off that he was a nobody and slept with a slut. So now he is an actor and she is a noobody can that be it?

matt saracen?!?! i'm really excited for that FNL cast to get out there & show us what kinda chops they got. most of those kids are remarkable, but sadly there are a few - like 'smash' - who will probably never do much else, or even take an identical role.

the short was great.. the trailer... i don't know so much. i guess i'd have to see it to pass judgement. there was just more tension in the short because what happened was unexpected.
