Hi, I'm a Marvel...and I'm a DC: Deadpool and Green Lantern

Ever since Apple began airing those Mac vs. PC ads, YouTube has been full of parodies. One of the Mac vs. PC parodies we’ve been tracking over the last 2 years (has it really been that long? Yes, it has) is the Marvel vs. DC spots that someone created using action figures. The first set featured Spider-Man and Superman (Spider-Man 3 vs. Superman Returns), the second featured Batman and Iron Man (The Dark Knight vs Iron Man), the third set featured Hellboy vs. Batman, Iron Man and The Hulk, and the fourth featured Wolverine vs. Rorschach (X-Men Origins: Wolverine vs. Watchmen).

The latest edition features Green Lantern and Deadpool discussing the issue of Ryan Reynolds playing both characters on the big screen, and how that might effect the future of both superhero franchises. Watch the video after the jump.

    i still wonder if deadpool will ever get made, which is the film i would have much rather seen RR do. it was an actor/character match made in geek heaven for me.

    i'm also wondering if we'll get to see hal jordan at all, or if it's just gonna be another RR performance - which would have been just fine with the pool'.

  • Yeah, THIS is a true Deadpool, not exactly what you have seen in Wolvie origins, but a stupid badass who don't give a shit about morality. And that's why we love it.

    the deadpool representation was spot on, and why the hell is DC trying to make a Green Lantern movie when RR would be better suited for the flash, DC's last marketable superhero (cool power/funny hero/decent rouges gallery) instead of some green guy with enchanted jewelry who fights aliens

    amen, brother. i've read some batman and barely any superman and i'm starting to get into the GReen Lantern at the moment and hot damn, is it good. Blackest Night is amazing.

    His vids always make me laugh. This by far is my favorite. Oh RR, or some other miracle, please liberate Deadpool from Fox's greedy hands. They will do no justice to Deadpool's awesomeness.

    I found their spoof on Inglorious Basterds and District 9 they came out with few days ago pretty funny too.
  • Anybody who has any interest in superheroes at all should watch this guys series, "After Hours" and "happy hour." It's actually one of the most entertaining superhero stories I've ever seen, and it's all done with... action figures...

    But it also gets Superman more correct than anybody ever has.
