Universal has been launching a bunch of cool viral websites for Judd Apatow’s Funny People. First we had some clips from Jason Schwartman’s character’s pilot television show Yo Teach. A couple weeks ago they launched the official website for comedian/acotr George Simmons (the main character of the film played by Adam Sandler) complete with video clips from some of his filmography. Today they have launched (NSFW) LaughYourDickOff.com, the official website of Randy (played by Aziz Ansari in the film).

Randy is a superstar comic living in Los Angeles. In addition to being a show-stopping comic performer, he’s socially conscious, too. Check out the “Randy in Darfur” section of his website and find out where you can send your cashier checks to help support Randy…er, the cause.

The website includes a bio, tour dates, a soundboard, and more. The best part is a bunch of video clips from Randy’s stand-up comedy shows, which you can watch embedded after the jump. Warning: NSFW, and I apologize for the autoplay, but Universal doesn’t allow any way to disable it.

Auto-playing videos. All 4 at once!

    Also, this dude sucks. :(
  • Saw this on his Twitter last night..This isn't what Aziz comedy is like at all. This is his character for the Funny People movie. The whole point is that he plays an asshole.
  • Djangloo
It's sort of a shame b/c his stuff is so much better than this.

But it does draw one to wonder just who he's doing an impersonation of ...

... and how much they paid the extras in the audience to laugh so raucously at this blatantly bad routine!
  • Captain Awesome
Yeah that's how it feels to me too. "Polite laughing".
  • Wiimo
He's impersonating the writers of Transformers 2.
  • Wilmo - That's the funniest thing on this page by far. Good one.
  • Wiimo
I do what I can, haha. Now you've got me reading your blog. :P
  • I was one of those extras. I'm actually visible in this clip. I made about 150 for the day. Most of the people in the audience actually paid to be there. And no one was polite laughing. Aziz as Randy was funny as hell - you just had to be there. People were quoting this routine outside. The thing is, it is purposefully bad and that's what makes it so funny. This bit isn't very amusing by itself but I guarantee you'd be laughing if you saw the whole show.

i thought scrubs was gonna pull a 'kutner' with this guy...no such luck.
  • i know what funny is
randy is fucking hilarious. you guys are wrong.
  • Dude guys, not cool with the auto playing videos with the possibly NSFW content.
  • there was a NSFW warning before the jump.
  • jamal
nothing this guy has ever done has made me laugh, he was the only bad part about observe and report
  • Really? That scene was hilarious. All his scenes were. I personally love Aziz. He's the best character on Parks and Recreation.
  • I get it
This is from the Night of Funny People event they had in LA.

I was there and one of those laughing idiots. The audience got that he is basically as someone described, it might have been Aziz, "The Souljaboy of Comedy". He is supposed to be terrible and once you realize that its very easy to get on board and laugh at how ridiculous the character is.
    Plus the DJ is hilarious.

Out of all the people who did stand up that night: Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen, David Spade, Sarah Silverman and even the always wonderful Patton Oswalt, RANNNNDDYY got the biggest laughs.
  • Captain Awesome
This guy got bigger laughs than Patton Oswalt and Sarah Silverman? That was either a very easy crowd to please or I missed something in these clips. All he does is try to sound like some street-wise black guy and uses the word "dick" and "fuck" a lot. Plus a DJ chiming in.

Not that I have a problem with cursing at all, especially in stand-up comedy. But this guys routine sounded like Dane Cook's but with more "bad words" in it.
  • Way to not get it
I'm pretty sure they're making fun of Dane Cook here.
  • kevenk182
I dnt believe I've seen Dane cook using a street smart accent honestly I find dane hilarious but I just couldn't laugh wth randy
  • StabMaster Arson
    I laughed pretty hard.
  • sam
The whole point is that he's supposed to be a god-awful comedian.

    That's why I love it
  • Pat
I saw Aziz live and he performed as Randy, best show ever.
  • I love these 'awful' comedy routines (Aziz plays the character so well). "Greg's gonna think I'm ho-mo-pho-bic!" And if the film contains plenty of 'stand-up' material from everybody involved, I can see myself thoroughly enjoying 'Funny People'.
  • um
    Hey...uhh...since this is NSFW...probably shouldn't autoplay.

It started on it's own within my feed reader and I had no idea what was going on at first.
  • i love aziz (dopest name ever imo) this isnt really HIS comedy but his his characters, imo hes trying to portray dane cook and his horrible act.
  • davo
I laughed at some of his jokes. shit.
